Viewing Web Pages From Within Virtual Ticket

As I've been training users on the new Workgroups 2010 R2 system, one of the new features that has repeatedly received the "Wow - that's really cool" response is the new ability to embed web pages into the Virtual Ticket desktop app.

Reviewing and Approving Wireframe Versions of Forms

In my previous article, I wrote about how wireframes can be effectively used to conceptualize new forms for use in Workgroups 2010. The greatest benefits of this are that you can create a visual mock-up of a form, define the elements that will go into it, and obtain buy-in from active stakeholders in the system. For this article, I'll expand on ways to streamline the buy-in process, and introduce some of the new features that have been rolled out with the recently released Workgroups 2010 R2 edition.

From the other side of the shop, The Developer could see his boss talking to Jerry, the Quality Control manager. The two of them were well out of hearing range, but because Jerry was so animated, the Developer could get a pretty good idea from his body language and gesticulations what he was talking about.
