Saving Time - Automation with the Job Manager API

I like resolving complicated issues because they tend to:

  1. Require a fair amount of serious thought
  2. Have no immediately obvious resolution and
  3. Make use of new technology advances in our products.
Frankly, technical support wouldn’t be nearly as interesting if there weren’t thought-provoking questions and issues.
