A new version of Spark! has been released in package 162.3 that includes some enhancements to make life a little easier for Approval Manager reviewers and managers alike. A new Workflow Bar now groups all tabs by version and adds new "Previous Reviews" tabs that allow a reviewer to see just the rounds where they were a reviewer.
Reviewer View - Previous Reviews
Reviewers see tabs for the current and all previous reviews and can quickly navigate to them and double check comments, feedback and other previous reviews. This provides reviewers with the ability to quickly compare the most recent proof with the previous reviews.
In the screen capture above, the first tab (highlighted, left) is the tab for the current round. Previous reviews are indicated by tabs to the right of the current round. The colored circles on the left side of each tab show the review status for that particular round:
Looking at the capture above, a reviewer can see that the review for the current round was done on the stage "Presence" on January 16th. They can also see that previous reviews for this proof were conducted on January 14th and 12th and that they were rejected by the reviewer.
Manager View - Version History
Managers can easily see everything done to this version of the proof.
Generally, managers are primarily interested in feedback and results for the current version of the proof. The Version tabs (see image left) show the review history for all stages of the current version, providing the ability to quickly view all of the stages, as well as the review results for each particular stage. In addition to the stage and its start date, a tooltip on every tab shows the summary of review results on this round when you hover your mouse over the desired tab.
Manager View - Other Versions
See everything that was done to other versions of the proof.
If creative teams or a manager is interested in viewing a proof for other (previous) versions, they can easily access these reviews by choosing the version they are interested in from the version chooser.
Reviewer List - Review Status Information for All Reviewers
In addition to the new tabbed interface features in the Workflow Bar, this version of Spark! also provides a new Reviewer List visible to all stakeholders in a proof.
The Reviewer List is particularly helpful when it comes to the ability to quickly view all review statuses, dates, and notes for each reviewer.
Longer comments posted with the user review are collapsed but can be easily expanded to make reading the details posted by other reviewers as simple as possible.
